They are also working on identifying their strengths and areas of challenge. Such important work! Life in Core 2... we are working on Invention #3! So far, everyone has been very successful, creative, and imaginative. Also, students had the opportunity to try out tinikling, a dance that originated in the Philipines. It was very hard to avoid getting your feet caught in the bamboo sticks! You'll get the opportunity to see the students try the dance at the Core 1/Core 2 BBQ this Friday! ~Jayme and Laura

We have been working on our Invention #2 and Readers' Theater. Soon, hopefully by next week, we will have pictures of Core 2 creating their invention, performing Readers' Theater, and going on the Big Blue Bus for the last trip to UCLA. Look for all that soon! Enjoy!
